The total budget for this fiscal year is $450,000.

Westlake Village Community Park
Representing a collaborative effort involving the Triunfo YMCA and the Canyon Oaks Homeowner’s Association, this approved project is currently under the first phase of construction. Construction of the above-ground improvements for the second phase will follow, although it has currently not been determined when that will occur as the city will be seeking additional funding opportunities through grants and fund-raising activities to offset overall project costs.

Work at the new community park site has continued to progress with the installation of underground utilities, the potable and reclaimed water pump stations, the installation of landscape and irrigation, and the construction of the access road retaining walls. The next phase of work will consist of the construction of the entrance/exit roads. This work is expected to begin in August.

The last remaining improvement of the site development phase involves construction of the parking lot.
