The City of Westlake Village contracts with Richards, Watson & Gershon for legal services.  The City Attorney’s office is responsible for the following:

• Attending City Council meetings and advising the City Council on legal matters;
• Advising the City Manager and City staff on legal matters;
• Representing the City in litigation and administration proceedings;
• Preparing City ordinances, resolutions, contracts and other legal documents.
