FPPC Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700)
for the Westlake Village City Council

The Westlake Village City Council are elected officers identified in Government Code Section 87200 and file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk’s Office. Copies of the statements of economic interests filed by the City Council  and may be obtained/search  on the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) website or by contacting the Westlake Village City Clerk.  FPPC system allows for online searching from 2016 - present.

Effective January 1, 2021, AB 2151 requires a local government agency to post on its internet website, within 72 hours of the applicable filing deadline, a copy of any specified statements, reports, or other documents filed with that agency in paper format and must be made available for four years from the date of the election associated with the filing. Before posting, the local filing officer shall redact the street name and building number of the persons or entity representatives listed on any statement, report, or document, or any bank account number required to be disclosed by the filer.

Form 801 - Payment to Agency Report

Form 801 is used to report certain payments received by state and local government agencies that are used for agency purposes and paid by a third party which may include a payment for an official’s travel expenses for the purpose of facilitating the public’s business in lieu of using agency funds; and a payment that would otherwise be considered a gift or income to the benefiting official, but is instead accepted on behalf of the agency.
